TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT of $500.00 CAD is required to hold the steer or heifer of your choice. Deposit can be made via e-transfer to crossingcreekcattle@hotmail.com. Deposits are transferrable to another Crossing Creek Cattle steer or heifer in the current year. Deposits are non-refundable.

PAYMENT is due in full upon the pick-up or delivery of your purchase(s). Payment must be made by cash, cheque, or online banking e-transfer in Canadian funds before purchase(s) leave the possession of Colin and Tessa Verbeek. Cheques can be made payable to Colin Verbeek and/or Tessa Verbeek. A charge of an additional 2% of the total amount owing will be added to any NSF cheques. Purchases cannot be removed from Crossing Creek Cattle until full payment has been made. 

 

OWNERSHIP/RISK All calves become the property of the buyer as soon as the calf is paid for, at which time time the buyer assumes all risks.

DELIVERY All calves must be removed from Crossing Creek Cattle by October 1, 2023 unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon by Crossing Creek Cattle and the buyer. We can assist with arrangements to get your purchase home. Long-haul trucking will be at buyers expense. All testing and associated fees with transporting cattle across the US border are at the expense of the buyer.

WARRANTY All calves are sold as is on the date of purchase. Buyers acknowledge that all lots are available for inspection prior to purchase.

AGREEMENT By purchasing a calf from Crossing Creek Cattle, you agree that you have read and agreed to the sale terms and conditions set by Crossing Creek Cattle.
